Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective product and sales training programs for Ayurvedic men's wellness products. Train new hires and provide ongoing upskilling sessions for current sales representatives. Conduct workshops on Ayurvedic principles, product formulations, and customer education. Monitor and assess the performance of sales staff and provide coaching or refresher training as needed. Work with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of training content with brand messaging. Create training manuals, product demos, role-play scenarios, and digital training modules. Stay updated on Ayurvedic trends and men’s health needs to refine training strategy. Gather feedback from the field to improve product positioning and sales techniques.
