Responsibilities
• Conduct sales training sessions for new hires and existing employees. • Develop training modules, presentations, and sales scripts. • Improve sales skills, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance. • Ensure training outcomes align with business sales goals.
Requirements
• HSC/Graduate • Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years in sales training or sales process (BPO industy Sales). • Strong background in sales with target achievement. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
