We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team in Jaipur to deliver effective training programs focused on the Personal Loan process. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting new hire training and refresher sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring overall compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role demands strong communication skills, solid understanding of Personal Loan products, and the ability to manage both virtual and classroom sessions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire training on Personal Loan products, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Develop, update, and maintain training content, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and participant feedback.
• Collaborate closely with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Maintain training MIS and generate reports for audits and governance purposes.
• Ensure all training content and delivery comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Personal Loan products and DIY (Do-It-Yourself) processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in conducting both virtual and classroom training sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management System (LMS) tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 24 years of training experience, preferably within the BFSI domain.
• Exposure to Personal Loan processes and customer service operations is preferred.
