Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training sessions for product/program launch to new and existing sales team members.
Create and manage learning content (presentations, bite-sized modules, scripts for videos) with the product and marketing team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
Deliver and manage training for all manager-level employees and report progress.
Coordinate and manage the reporting for the delivery quality evaluation process.

3 - 8 years experience in sales training or sales enablement.
Experience creating training content in multiple formats (preferred).
Good understanding of sales processes and customer journeys.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Looking for candidates with experience in both training delivery and content creation.
Prior experience in a sales-driven environment.
B2B Field Sales
training exposure required.
