Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct induction/orientation programs for new employees
  • Deliver training on grooming, communication, guest service, and operational standards
  • Develop and implement training modules for front office, F&B, housekeeping, and other hospitality functions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-floor observations
  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and performance improvement reports
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs (TNA)
  • Organise soft skills, behavioral, and service excellence training sessions
  • Support employee development plans and succession planning activities
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and company SOPs
  • Plan and conduct refresher training to improve competency levels


Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Training & Development in the hospitality sector
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design training material (PPTs, manuals, checklists, activities)
  • Good understanding of hotel operations and departmental SOPs
  • Energetic, confident, and passionate about employee development
