Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction/orientation programs for new employees
Deliver training on grooming, communication, guest service, and operational standards
Develop and implement training modules for front office, F&B, housekeeping, and other hospitality functions
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-floor observations
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and performance improvement reports
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs (TNA)
Organise soft skills, behavioral, and service excellence training sessions
Support employee development plans and succession planning activities
Ensure compliance with brand standards and company SOPs
Plan and conduct refresher training to improve competency levels

Skills & Requirements

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
2-5 years of experience in Training & Development in the hospitality sector
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to design training material (PPTs, manuals, checklists, activities)
Good understanding of hotel operations and departmental SOPs
Energetic, confident, and passionate about employee development
