Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct instructor-led training sessions on
Golang backend development
.
Design and deliver
course materials
, coding exercises, lab sessions, and assessments.
Teach core backend topics including
Goroutines, Channels, Concurrency, REST APIs, Microservices, and gRPC
.
Guide learners through real-time
capstone projects
and industry-oriented backend applications.
Provide mentoring, code reviews, and support to learners throughout the training program.
Evaluate performance through tests, assignments, and practical tasks.
Continuously update training content based on industry best practices and new Golang features.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve curriculum quality and training delivery.
Resolve technical doubts and ensure a smooth learning experience for all participants.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of hands-on experience
in Golang backend development.
Minimum
1 year of experience in training, mentoring, or teaching
(corporate batches preferred).
Strong understanding of:
Concurrency (Goroutines, Channels)
REST API design & development
Microservices architecture
gRPC & Protocol Buffers
Docker / Containers
SQL & NoSQL Databases
Excellent communication, presentation, and batch-handling skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts with real-world examples.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
Certifications in Golang, cloud platforms, or backend technologies are a plus.
