Graphic Designer Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Best Infra. As a designer, you will transform ideas into visually compelling designs that capture attention and communicate our brand values of precision, trust, and sustainability. You will work on diverse projects ranging from digital campaigns and print collaterals to branding and corporate communications. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and disciplined, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality in every design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations) and print materials (brochures, posters, reports, event branding).
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all internal and external communication channels.
• Work on branding initiatives including logos, icons, and style guides to ensure brand coherence.
• Assist in the visual storytelling of projects by creating infographics, illustrations, and impactful layouts.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Support cross-functional teams with design input during brainstorming sessions.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to convert complex information into visually engaging content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  

Experience & Education

• 35 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields (preferred).
• A portfolio of past work demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design expertise is required.
