Job Title:

Role Overview

Learning & Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage

    Early Careers global programmes

    , ensuring consistency and a high-quality participant experience.
  • Build strong business relationships across all levels of the organization and consult with stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and business sponsors.
  • Coach and guide team members on EC community updates and development initiatives.
  • Track and report progress against objectives for graduates on the programme.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide Talent & Learning projects.
  • Identify opportunities to

    increase engagement

    across all Early Careers programmes (~350 employees) and alumni populations.
  • Drive

    Early Careers global projects

    from strategy creation to execution.
  • Lead and coordinate the

    Learning & Development curriculum

    , including:
    • Liaising with internal teams and external vendors
    • Coordinating Global Orientation/Induction for Graduates and Apprentices
    • Communicating with managers and participants
    • Suggesting improvements based on participant feedback
  • Serve as a credible advocate for Early Careers, aligning multiple objectives to demonstrate the value of development activities.
  • Apply pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches to implement ideas effectively.
