Sales Trainee - Electrical / Electronics Engineer

As a Technical Estimation and Sales Engineer at Vision Mechatronics, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, providing sales support, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and developing technical presentations to showcase our products and services to customers. - Collaborating with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and provide effective sales support. - Generating high-quality sales leads, following up with customers, negotiating prices, and securing orders. - Researching, developing, and customizing products to meet customers" technical requirements. - Assisting customers with product-related issues and suggesting improvements or upgrades. - Soliciting and analyzing client feedback to devise new sales and marketing strategies. - Identifying areas for enhancement and communicating solutions to senior management. - Setting and achieving sales goals and training other sales team members on technical aspects of our offerings.
