Technical Customer Support Engineer

As a Technical Customer Support Engineer based in Khopat, Thane (400601), you will report to the General Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and enhancing overall customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring effective resolution and escalation of issues when necessary. It will also be essential to stay abreast of company products, services, and industry trends, while identifying opportunities for enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be expected to provide technical support for product setup, troubleshooting, order processing, and returns. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer records in the database, conducting post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, and generating reports on customer feedback will be part of your regular duties.
