Technical Customer Support Engineer

As a Technical Customer Support Engineer located in Thane, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service, managing inquiries, and enhancing customer experience. Your primary tasks will include: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service. - Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. - Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends. - Identify areas for improving customer experience and provide recommendations. - Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, orders, and returns. - Maintain accurate customer records in the database. - Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction. - Generate reports on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. - Train new customer service representatives if required. - Collaborate with the team in meetings and improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred. - Experience in customer service or related field. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
