Job Profile: Tele Callers

• Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients as per the daily calling schedule.
• Generate leads through effective communication and persuasion.
• Fix appointments for the sales team or concerned personnel for further discussions.
• Collect necessary documents from clients as per company requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets; performance-based incentives will be provided for exceeding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the company CRM system.
• Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (as per management guidelines).
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to overall business growth.

Job Profile: Team Leader - Tele Callers

• Lead and manage a team of tele callers, ensuring motivation and performance alignment with company goals.
• Actively participate in making calls, generating leads, fixing appointments, and collecting documents to achieve personal and team targets.
• Set clear daily and monthly targets for team members and monitor their progress regularly.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve communication skills and efficiency.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues faced by the team during calling and client interactions.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and call scripts.
• Organize team meetings and feedback sessions to maintain high team morale.
• Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (as per management instructions).

Job Profile: Sales Executive (Field)

• Actively visit assigned territories and potential clients to generate business leads and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
• Collect and process customer documents, orders, and payments as required.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends by conducting regular field visits and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, update CRM systems with customer interactions, and provide feedback from the field.
• Represent the company professionally during all client interactions and public engagements.
• Work hours may vary as per field requirements but generally align with company timings, with flexibility for travel.

Job Profile: Team Leader - Sales Executives (Field)

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve defined sales goals and business targets.
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure consistent monitoring of progress.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s sales techniques, market knowledge, and customer handling skills.
• Participate in high-value client meetings and support sales executives in closing deals.
• Develop strategic plans to increase sales volume and market penetration in assigned territories.
• Analyze sales performance data and generate detailed reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve client escalations, operational challenges, and on-ground issues faced by the team.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and maintains a high level of professionalism.
• Foster teamwork and maintain high morale through regular meetings, feedback, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align field strategies with company campaigns and launches.
• Manage logistical aspects such as reporting, field travel planning, and resource allocation for the team.
• Ensure timely submission of daily field reports and maintain clear communication channels with management.
• Work timings are generally aligned with company hours but may require flexibility to support field activities and client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,965.85 per month
