Fix appointments for the sales team or concerned personnel for further discussions. Collect necessary documents from clients as per company requirements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets; performance-based incentives will be provided for exceeding targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the company CRM system. Handle escalations and resolve issues faced by the team during calling and client interactions. Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and call scripts.
