Job Description – Sales Team Leader Company: Edunx Learning / Hanux Learning Location: Noida Sector 3 (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–6 years in Sales (EdTech/Training preferred) Working Days: Monday–Friday Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead, train, and manage a sales team focused on selling global IT training programs. The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to handle operations, team performance, and client communication from our Noida Sector 3 office. candidates are preferred for this role. Key ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipLead a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure consistent follow-ups. Guide the team in handling calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Support the team in closing high-value enrollments and complex sales. Sales OperationsManage the entire sales pipeline—lead generation, follow-ups, demos, conversions. Track individual & team performance using CRM tools and reporting dashboards. Review daily sales updates, ensure quality conversations, and improve conversion rates. Maintain direct communication with the Founder and provide daily/weekly team reports. Training & CoachingTrain new sales executives on scripts, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. Improve team efficiency through process improvements and sales strategies. Client & Vendor CoordinationHandle escalated leads and provide strong customer support. Coordinate with training vendors like Simplilearn, Edureka, Knowledge Hut, etc. Ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students and proper documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications candidate preferred 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, training, or service-based sales Experience in handling a sales team (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Executive level) Excellent communication skills (English mandatory) Strong negotiation, closing skills, and target-driven mindset Ability to train and motivate a team Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn outreach Strong organizational, reporting, and leadership skills Work EnvironmentOn-site office: Noida Sector 3 Fast-growing global training company Work directly with the Founder Opportunity to build and scale the sales department BenefitsAttractive salary + high incentive structure Leadership role with fast career growth Stable, long-term position Learning and development opportunities
