Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader in the International Voice Process, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets while ensuring high performance and excellent customer engagement. Your role will involve managing a sales team that handles international voice campaigns, driving team performance to exceed sales targets, monitoring KPIs, providing regular performance feedback, conducting training, coaching, and performance reviews, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in international voice sales, prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working night shifts. This is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is fixed with night shifts from Monday to Friday, following the US shift timings. The work location is in person.
