Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on team metrics, sales funnel health, and conversion rates.
  • Participate in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations as needed.
  • Ensure CRM and reporting tools are accurately updated.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in advertising/marketing)
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
