Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

  Academic Counsellors

  for JEE & NEET programs.
• Drive student admissions through structured counselling and sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly enrolment targets through strong team performance.
• Train, mentor, and coach counsellors to deliver consistent results.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and ensure process adherence.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead flow and conversion rates.
• Conduct counselling sessions, handle escalations, and maintain student satisfaction.
• Track team KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in

  educational sales

  (JEE/NEET domain preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience managing a

  sales or counselling team

  .
• Strong understanding of the

  test-prep ecosystem

  and student behaviour.
• Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with proven record in achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

  and basic data reporting.
