Sales Team Lead

The role requires you to increase the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will be responsible for growing distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. This includes ensuring visibility accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and product sales. Your duties will also involve identifying and recruiting a sales team, coaching and mentoring team members, planning the market size and geographies, and devising effective communication methods to minimize the expectations vs. delivery gap. Additionally, you will monitor quality parameters, validate sales and acquisitions, and ensure team members are actively present in the market for regular sales and usage. Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area are essential for this role. To succeed in this position, you should possess a high level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
