Team Leader Sales ( Remote Team Handling)

Team Leader – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, monitor, and motivate a remote team of
4–5 Sales Executives
.
Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly
admission and revenue targets
.
Conduct
virtual reviews, meetings, and daily performance tracking
.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve team efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and student onboarding.
Prepare and submit regular
sales reports
and performance dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2–4 years
of experience in
sales leadership / inside sales / team handling
.
Non-negotiable:
Must have managed a team of at least
4–5 members
.
Excellent communication, motivation, and team management skills.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in
EdTech / Education / Online Learning / B2C Sales
preferred.
Proficient in
CRM tools, MS Excel, Zoom/Google Meet
.
Minimum Age:
22 years
