Role Overview: As a Senior Manager/Team Leader in the Sales department at our client, a respected name in the Indian Real Estate market, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your leadership skills will be key in managing the sales team and fostering a high-performance environment. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets and capitalize on new business opportunities. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Commercial Real Estate leasing. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. - Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets. - Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. - Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. - Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Previous experience in self-sales for at least 3 years for a Manager Position.
