Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through outbound calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting for potential customers in the BFSI industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2C or BPO sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets consistently over time.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, conversion rates analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone/email conversations.
