Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Gurugram. The Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily sales activities and leading the sales team to achieve targets. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting market analysis to identify sales opportunities. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, monitoring their performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Proven ability in Team Management and developing sales strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
