We are looking for a high-energy Sales Team Lead to guide our telecalling & BDE team, drive admissions, and scale Aspire Next Academy to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train & motivate a team of Telecallers + BDEs
  • Achieve monthly admission targets
  • Monitor CRM leads & sales pipeline
  • Conduct daily reviews (6 PM performance check)
  • Improve scripts, strategies, and conversions
  • Maintain discipline, reporting & productivity

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in EdTech / Admissions / Sales
  • Target-driven with team management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure & plan strategies
