Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of up to
10 BDEs / Counsellors
Conduct daily/weekly huddles and monitor team KPIs such as:

Lead follow-ups
Counselling sessions conducted
Conversion rates

Provide actionable feedback and guidance to team members on lead handling, objection management, and closing techniques
Train the team regularly to improve performance and skillsets
Motivate and inspire the team to consistently exceed sales and enrolment targets
Collaborate closely with
Marketing & Student Success teams
to improve lead quality and optimize conversions
Ensure
CRM compliance
and accurate reporting of team activities and outcomes
Streamline sales processes and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
in team management, preferably in
EdTech, B2C sales, or online education
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in
Hindi and English
Proven ability to drive teams to achieve collective sales targets
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, identify gaps, and optimize processes
Target-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
