Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist based in Hyderabad. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling sales operations. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, providing detailed product information, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various internal teams for seamless sales operations.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales performance evaluation
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales Operations and support
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
