🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Order Coordination

• Cold calling & emailing prospects to generate new business

• Follow-ups with buyers & suppliers to ensure timely dispatches

• Coordination with transporters for delivery management

• Resolve supply chain issues with proactive communication

Customer Communication

• Serve as key liaison for order & delivery updates

• Handle customer queries & build strong relationships

Payment Follow-Up

• Follow up for timely invoice payments

• Work with accounts team to track & reconcile collections

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain MIS reports – orders, payments, brokerage

• Assist in sales tracking & performance reporting

Sales Support

• Help with presentations, proposals & contracts

• Support sales events, meetings & client coordination

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or related field

🧪 9 to 18 months experience in trading/supply chain (Chemicals preferred)

🗣️ Preferred English communication skills – written & spoken

🧩 Proactive, organized & solution-oriented

💼 Familiar with MS Office & documentation and AI
