Sales Coordinator

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • 📝 Prepare customer quotations and government tender documents
  • 📦 Manage delivery challans, invoices, and product dispatch
  • 📊 Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a weekly funnel of leads
  • 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations
  • 📁 Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance processes

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • ✅ 5+ years of experience in sales coordination, invoicing, and tender documentation
  • ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ✅ Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • ✅ Proven experience managing deliveries and working with cross-functional teams
  • ✅ Familiarity with government tender processes and ERP tools
