Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service teams. They will also be accountable for implementing service policies, troubleshooting service issues, and maintaining service records, CMC, AMC's. Additionally, they will liaise with various departments to coordinate service activities and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a Onsite role, located in New Delhi.

• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is an advantage
