Job Title: Sales Supervisor / Sales Team Lead Reports to: Director / Managing Director (You) Team Size: 6 Sales Executives Location: Seawoods Industry: Pallet Manufacturing, Logistics & Material Handling Solutions The Sales Supervisor / Sales Team Leader will be responsible for converting management goals into daily actionable tasks and ensuring consistent follow-up with clients and prospects. To drive daily sales discipline, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of monthly targets through structured tracking, coaching, and reporting. Key Responsibilities - 1. Team Performance & Monitoring Supervise 6 sales executives — ensuring they follow daily sales activity targets (calls, follow-ups, visits, quotations, closures). Review each team member’s daily progress and maintain performance tracking dashboards (Google Sheet / Zoho CRM). Ensure no time-wasting or idle hours — enforce structured field plans and follow-up schedules. Conduct morning check-in calls and evening review reports.   2. Sales Execution Ensure the team achieves weekly and monthly order booking targets. Track inquiries, quotations, and conversion ratios. Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and closures when required. Escalate lost leads or critical customer issues promptly to management. 3. Reporting & Analytics Submit consolidated Daily Sales Summary (calls, meetings, quotes, deals) to management. Prepare Weekly Performance Report with conversion stats and pipeline forecasts. Highlight underperformers early and recommend corrective actions. 4. Training & Discipline Coach sales executives on communication, negotiation, and time management. Ensure adherence to company sales processes, visit schedules, and CRM updates. Promote a results-oriented and ethical work culture. Candidate Profile : - Minimum 1 - 5 years of B2B or industrial sales experience. Prior experience leading a small sales team (manufacturing, packaging, logistics preferred). Strong command over sales reporting, Excel/CRM tools, and communication in English + Hindi. Highly disciplined, target-driven, and able to push accountability in a small team setup. Should be comfortable with field travel (50% field / 50% office ).
