Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Kanpur, with some work from home allowed. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, sales presentations, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be involved in training sessions and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
