Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Faridabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training and development for the sales team. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in sales management activities to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training and Development for the sales team
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
