Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in Panipat with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, providing product training, and managing sales processes. The day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

• Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide product knowledge
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry products is a plus
