Responsibilities

- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive sales growth, and achieve targets.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and follow-up.

- Channel Partner Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, coordinate with channel partners to enhance sales opportunities, Conduct training sessions and provide support to channel partners.

- Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, coordinate property showings and sales events, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Ideal Attributes

- Proven track record with a Grade-A developer in Gurugram.

- Strong leadership, sales management skills, strong communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram.

- Strong relationships with channel partners.etcs
