Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our Rajkot location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales training. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training sales personnel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is a plus
