Job Description

As an Enterprise Informatics (EI) Solutions Sales Specialist at Philips in India - North, your role involves: - Identifying and prospecting opportunities for new customer acquisition. - Defining and executing account strategy across a range of customer accounts, including conducting market and competitor research. - Driving effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives. - Collaborating with Specialists and Business unit leaders during key portions of the sales process. - Establishing meaningful customer partnerships. - Engaging with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities, from clinical stakeholders to C-suite, including channel partners. - Developing a comprehensive understanding of a customer's current and future needs and identifying how opportunities for the EI portfolio can meet their needs. - Tailoring talk tracks to demonstrate the value of the EI portfolio with high potential new accounts. - Partnering with Sales Specialists to provide customers with deep product expertise during the sales cycle. - Leading contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms. - Collaborating with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared EI business objectives. - Maintaining Salesforce.com hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting. To excel in this role, you should have: - A preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. - Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver results. - Deep customer-orientation and a track record of cultivating strong customer relationships with key decision-makers, including the C-suite. - Understanding how to efficiently leverage specialist knowledge/product resources to develop tailored customer offerings. - A resilient sales mindset that can adapt in a dynamic customer environment. - A proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets. - Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment and/or great knowledge of the hospital ecosystem. - The ability to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles. - Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce. - Quality-first and Patient Safety mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Please note that this role may involve a combination of office-based and fieldwork, with in-person office work required at least three days per week.
