As a Sales Specialist with over 3 years of experience in handling international customer sales, your role will involve interacting with global consumers, understanding diverse cultural buying behaviours, and converting inbound/outbound leads into successful sales across regions such as the US, UK, Australia, or Canada. You should have excellent communication skills, be target-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural sales environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound B2C sales calls and digital inquiries from international markets. - Deliver high-quality product pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of customers. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on product features and benefits. - Manage the complete sales cycle - lead disposition, follow-up, closing, and after-sales support. - Maintain a strong understanding of the product portfolio to deliver confident, accurate, and persuasive sales pitches. - Generate leads through referrals. - Close sales and process transactions efficiently, ensuring compliance with company standards. - Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity records using CRM systems. - Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns with professionalism and care. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience in international outbound/inbound processes. - Prior experience in a BPO. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets. - Proven ability to work with sales KPIs, lead conversion metrics, and revenue targets. - Comfortable with phone and virtual selling. - Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
