Job Title: Dropshipping & E-Commerce Sales Representative (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview and skillset)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to conduct outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and sell our dropshipping and e-commerce service packages to U.S.-based clients.
This position involves identifying prospects, presenting service offerings, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects including e-commerce sellers, freelancers, Amazon operators, and small business owners.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, referral outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Present and sell dropshipping/e-commerce service packages including store setup, sourcing, automation, order fulfillment, and ongoing support.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service plans.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead pipelines.
  • Schedule consultations or demos with senior sales representatives when needed.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, outbound calling, call centers, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
