Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed about industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
