Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant

Hero Vired is seeking a

Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential learners and guiding them through our enrolment process.

What You'll Do

As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.
  • Building impactful discussions with candidates to help them enroll in our programs.
  • Managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using CRM systems like Salesforce, Lead Squared, .
  • Adhering to high-quality sales practices and processes to consistently drive results.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment with a proven track record of sales achievements.
  • A solid understanding of Dialer Operations and CRM management, specifically with tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • A high level of ownership and the ability to establish processes from scratch.
  • A strong focus on achieving results and perseverance when facing challenges.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
