Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Srinagar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include promoting financial products and services, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for managing and training junior sales staff to ensure continuous improvement and success in sales outcomes.
