Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kerala, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of construction and infrastructure products. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, training customers on product usage, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train customers on product usage and benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Kerala, India
• Previous experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
