Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Raisinghnagar Sri Ganganagar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working capital business acquisition, managing customer relationships, facilitating financial and banking services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, developing new business opportunities, managing portfolios, and providing personalized financial solutions. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with other team members to achieve branch targets and maintain compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Experience in financial analysis, banking products, and portfolio management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the banking sector is a plus
