Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Anantapur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, assisting customers with their banking needs, overseeing branch activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the branch. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Banking operations, customer service, and financial services experience
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in banking software and digital tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a banking or financial services role is preferred
