Job Overview:

Responsible for achieving sales objectives by independently managing assigned accounts or territory, leveraging proven selling skills, and contributing to business growth while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement:

  • Achieve sales targets by managing and developing assigned accounts or territory

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales forecasts over a sustained period
  • Territory & Account Management:

  • Provide independent coverage of the sales territory with periodic supervision

  • Handle complex situations with guidance as needed
  • Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Identify opportunities to grow market share and maximize sales
  • Safety & Compliance:

  • Contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture

  • Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement
