Sales Specialist

Role Overview:

Role & responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Management:

• Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and offering customized solutions.
• Should be able to effectively communicate and engage with executive-level positions such as CFO, CEO, and CTO.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Recruitment Expertise:

• Leverage your recruitment background to consult with clients on their hiring strategies.
• Understand job descriptions, talent requirements, and industry trends to position C1 as a trusted recruitment partner.

Market Analysis & Insights:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Provide strategic insights to refine sales and recruitment strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with talent acquisition specialists to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interaction using CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (1+ year preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client engagement, and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
