Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive at Souzagad, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Client Acquisition and Business Development: Actively prospect and identify new clients, including property owners, corporate partners, and travelers. Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality homestay properties to our platform. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to showcase Souzagad’s offerings. 2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Plan and execute sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online platforms. Upsell additional services and packages to existing clients. 3. Relationship Building and Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely and effective solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management. 5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to maximize profits. Ensure all deals comply with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or real estate industry. Skills and Competencies: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online sales platforms. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
