Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing lead generation, building client relationships, and helping us expand our footprint in target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target verticals such as BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, and Telecom.
Research and build a pipeline of potential clients through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospects to understand business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (solutioning, operations, pricing) to build customized proposals and solutions.
Create and present sales pitches, proposals, and capabilities decks tailored to client requirements.
Work closely with leadership for strategic account development and revenue targets.
Maintain detailed records in CRM, track sales metrics, and report progress regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in BPO/BPM or services industry
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
Exposure to international markets or outbound sales is a plus
