We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for our Prefeb division with proven experience in the prefabricated building industry. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the prefabricated building sector.
● Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
● Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical solutions.
● Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
● Coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams for project delivery.
Requirements:
● 3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the prefabricated building industry (mandatory).\
● Strong network and connections in the industry.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated and target-driven.
● Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Education:
Location - Delhi NCR
Salary - 35k to 40k
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field preferred.
