About the Role:

We’re hiring Field Sales Executives to help digitize healthcare on the ground. You’ll be meeting with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to introduce and onboard them to our healthcare software app. Your role is equal parts educator and closer, showing providers how the platform improves their practice while driving adoption and trust.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and reach out to potential healthcare providers (clinics, diagnostic centers, independent doctors) in your region

Generate leads through field visits, local references, and healthcare networks

Conduct live, on-site app demos tailored to the provider’s practice needs

Explain how the platform streamlines clinic operations, improves patient experience, and boosts efficiency

Onboard providers onto the app and support them through early usage

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

Collect feedback to share with product and ops teams for continuous improvement

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall market expansion

What You’ll Need:

0 to 3 years of experience in field sales or client-facing roles (healthcare or tech is a plus)

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify tech for non-tech audiences

Confidence in pitching and demoing to doctors and clinic staff

Quick learner with solid understanding of mobile apps and digital workflows

Comfortable with field travel and daily client visits

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Bonus Points if You Have:

Experience working with healthcare professionals or in medical/pharma field sales

Local language proficiency and strong regional network in the healthcare space
