Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client interactions, market research, sales presentations, and reporting sales activities. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training and mentoring junior sales staff. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with the steel trading sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
